We provide a hosted instance of BIG-AGI for demonstration purposes. Users can use this instance by providing their own API keys. We do not collect or store the API keys provided by the user, nor any conversation by the user, unless shared via the "Sharing" function.
Data is stored locally in the user's browser ('localStorage' and 'IndexedDB'). For the "Sharing" function, data is also stored on our servers for a default period of 30 days or until the user requests its deletion. Users have the option to self-host the application, bypassing our servers entirely. For more information on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics, PostHog, and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous data about user interactions with our application. This data helps us improve the user experience and application performance.
Users are solely responsible for the security and use of their API keys required to access certain functionalities of BIG-AGI. BIG-AGI is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the unauthorized use of your API keys.
Users can share chat logs with others through a unique link. These shared chats are public and can be cloned by others for their own use. More details about the data involved in this process can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Content created using BIG-AGI, including outputs from AI models, is subject to intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their original content and are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to the data they input into BIG-AGI. Outputs generated by AI models are owned by the user; however, users agree to grant BIG-AGI a license to use this content for the operation and improvement of the services.
Users must not use BIG-AGI to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, generating defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise malicious content. BIG-AGI reserves the right to terminate access for users found to be in violation of these terms.
BIG-AGI integrates with various third-party AI services to provide enhanced functionalities. The use of these services may involve processing your data on servers operated by these vendors, subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
In no event shall BIG-AGI, its contributors, or its third-party service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
